&lt;p&gt;We probably all do it sometimes, not very often though. The context, the situation happens and we &lt;em&gt;feel&lt;/em&gt; compelled to say something in a moment. We don&amp;rsquo;t &lt;em&gt;make&lt;/em&gt; it happen, &lt;em&gt;it&lt;/em&gt; just happens.&lt;/p&gt;
