By using any of my apps, you agree to these terms. I may update them from time to time without direct notice; the current version always lives on this page.

App Store

For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s standard EULA applies alongside these terms.

Software Integrity

I aim to ship software that works flawlessly, but bugs happen. Keep regular backups of anything important - I can’t be responsible for data loss.

Accessibility

I want my apps to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. If you hit an accessibility barrier, email [email protected] and I’ll do my best to fix it.

Liability

I disclaim all liability arising from the use or misuse of my apps. You use them at your own risk.

Indemnification

For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. I’m happy to help resolve any issue directly first — just email [email protected] .
